BMCDL has devolved an Integrated Management System (IMS) which describes the core aims and objectives of the activities of ICD operation to ensure effective management system and compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
BMCDL INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS)
The objectives of the IMS are to:
- Highlight the important aspects of the management system to assist BMCDL in planning, implementing and auditing its systems in order to satisfy company, legal and social obligations.
- Assist BMCDL to put in place safe work practices and management systems to enhance their safety performance and prevent harm to the people and the environment.
- Set out the processes for maintaining safe working practices for employees, contractors and visitors across BMCDL operational site.
- Enable BMCDL achieve its target of zero accidents, incidents and pollution through continuous improvement.
