He is a representative director of Pronk Participatie BV and the chairman of the company.  Mr. Bert Pronk has invested in various key industries in Bangladesh .He has more than 50 (fifty) years business experience in diversified product sector i.e. RMG, Textile, ICD, Energy etc.

Mr. Mostafizur Rahman is the Managing Director of the company. He steps in the business since 2000 and supervises all business operations running under Smart Group. He has been awarded Asia’s Greatest Leader – 2018 from Asia One Magazine based in Singapore.
